AnswerAt Brick Brown, you can use any of the following options:

Question Are there any Shipping Charges?
AnswerThere is no shipping charge on orders above ₹750. However, shipping charge of ₹60 including tax will be charged on order below ₹750.
Question Do I need to pay tax at the time of Checkout?
AnswerNo, there will be no extra tax charged at the time of checkout. All the prices are inclusive of tax.
Question When is my order shipped?
AnswerOrders are shipped Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Question How long does it take for my order to reach me?
AnswerOrders are despatched within 3-5 working days after order confirmation. The delivery can take up to 3-5 working days depending on the delivery address.

Delivery Dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Brick Brown. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder’s credit/debit card.

Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Brick Brown or the carrier.

Question What is your return policy?
AnswerIn particular, there is no refund option, but we focus on customer satisfaction. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation. For Refund please contact us via contact us link. Requests received later than 7 business days after product delivery will not be considered valid.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.

AnswerYes, you can have a different delivery address.

AnswerIn case any product is damaged or tampered, we can provide a refund or issue the same product again, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation.

AnswerYou will receive an email as well as SMS acknowledgment containing the order reference number and details of your purchase.

AnswerTo use a promotional code, please follow these steps:
