Replacement, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the order provided, we will replace the order provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
A complete refund and cancellation can be provided only in case the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Requests received after product dispatched will not be considered valid.

If the order payment mode is prepaid (i.e. credit/debit card, paytm, netbanking, etc), refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment provided at the time of purchase.

Replacement Policy
We provide replacement of product only in case the product has been received in a broken/damaged condition or in case of manufacturing defect.

We will arrange the pickup, and once the product reaches us, we will dispatch the new replacement product. 

For replacement, the product must be in the original state, and all original packing material should be intact. We won’t be able to provide a replacement in case the original packaging material is not intact. 

Requests received later than 7 business days of order delivery will not be valid.
