What are the available payment options?

Are there any Shipping Charges?
There is no shipping charge. Free shipping across India. No hidden cost. Happy Shopping.
Do I need to pay tax at the time of Checkout?
No, there will be no extra tax charged at the time of checkout. All the prices are inclusive of tax.
When is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
We are currently shipping in India only.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48hrs after order confirmation. The delivery can take up to 3-5 working days depending on the delivery address.
Delivery Dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Brick Brown. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder’s credit/debit card.
Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Brick Brown or the carrier.
What is your return policy?
In particular, there is no return option, but we focus on customer satisfaction. In case any product is received in a damaged or broken condition, we can provide the product replacement.
For Replacement please contact us via contact us link. Requests received later then 7 business days after the product delivery will not be considered valid.
What is your cancellation policy?

Requests received after product dispatch will not be considered valid.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an SMS, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped.
If you have further queries, you can track your order by exploring particular order ID under ‘My Account’ page.
Can I deliver to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, you can have a different delivery address.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We ensure and take proper care. But in case any product is damaged or tampered, we can provide the replacement and issue the same product again, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation. Also, the original packaging to be intact.

Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?
No, you don't need to create an account to place an order.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?
Yes, to ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses Secure Payment Gateway. Also, brickbrown.com is a Comodo secure website.

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order requirement. Delivery charges will remain as specified.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email as well as SMS acknowledgment containing the order reference number and details of your purchase.
